I don't know how long it would take to "master it" in your case or in anyones case ether. I just know I didn't done it myself at this point, every new poses gives me new trouble.

Besides I don't belief this question is much of an use for anyone, I don't help you to improve and If you know the week's to spend on them, would you even start in the first place?

This is a nice guide gesture drawing to get you started thinking about pose and anatomy in the right way. Gesture drawings are the foundation of sooo much stuff, because you learn about perspective, proportion, and a lot of the fundamentals you'll use in a metric load of other projects.

One thing I think you should look at expanding upon is "balancing" your model's pose to ground them solidly. Makes them look more realistic, and less like weebles wobbling.

Otherwise, I think this is a really nice way of introducing others to the ground work that goes into art.
